Skinny Bitch!

Hello my lovelies!

So today is the start of mine and Effy's official diet. We will be 18 soon, May 16th to be precise, and we want to be our goal weight by then, no one wants to feel fat on their birthday!! So we have decided to use the 10 day challenge in order to lose weight fast, but obviously after every 10 days we will measure and weight our selves to check our progress, but in order to lose weight you also need to exercise. So we ordered a tummy toner from the Avon and plan to go on the Wii and do our own exercises in order to make our goals. Being a vegetarian, it is very hard when it comes to dieting as my food choice is already limited so everything is going to have to be made from home, Effy will be in town today so she is going to buy a calorie counter book so we can keep an eye on how much calories are in our food.   1. I started dieting and excercising as well since the beginning of the year. So far I am down 8 pounds Yay me! lol I use an app on my phone called myfitnesspal. Its a little blue app, its awesome way to keep track of your meals and calorie intake. In order to keep a healthy life style and maintain and lose weight we need to excercise around 300 min a week.
